Minister for Information and Broadcasting Qamaruz Zaman Kaira Saturday said the parliament did not endorse the undemocratic November 3 measures. Addressing at Punjab University, he said Pakistan is putting in the sincere efforts for the extermination of terrorism and today’s Taliban are product of CIA and West-funded. Regarding the murder of Benazir Bhutto, he said President Zardari never claimed he is aware of Benazir’s assassin, adding, ‘We want to arrest not the hand shooting down Benazir, but the approach that killed her.’ Kaira added UN probing team has hammered out the preliminary report and now has began the elaborate investigations, adding the motives behind Benazir’s murder are present across the border as well.LINK
