According to police sources, nearby houses have been evacuated and the personnel of Elite Commando Force have been called on the spot.
A security cordon has been put around the house for sting operation.
Earlier, police spotted a suspected youth and gave him a chase; on which, he entered a narrow lane here and captured a youth, Safdar, as hostage. link
