ISLAMABAD: Barrister Qazi Faiz Esa has taken oath as new Chief Justice of Balochistan High Court, Geo News reported Wednesday.Justice Qazi Faiz Esa took oath this evening at Governor House. Acting Balochistan Governor Muhammed Aslam Bhutani administered oath to him.Earlier a notification undersigned by Secretary Law and Justice Division Justice (rtd) Riaz Kiani was issued which says Justice Qazi Faiz Esa has been appointed with immediate effect under Article 193 of the constitution.
