ISLAMABAD: Minister for Interior Rehman Malik Tuesday termed the Gojra incident as a conspiracy to establish in international community that minorities were insecure in Pakistan. Talking to the journalists here at the Parliament House, Rehman Malik said that minorities were enjoying full freedom and were provided utmost security in the country. He said the president, prime minister, chief minister Punjab and Governor had taken notice of the incident and the government had launched a judicial inquiry to probe the tragic incident and the perpetrators of the incident would be brought to justice. “Strict punishment would be awarded to the perpetrators of this conspiracy. The incident was aimed at creating law and order situation in the province. However, the government is firm in its stance to bring the culprits to justice,” he added. LINK
