PESHAWAR: A commander of Abdullah Mehsud Group, Haji Turkistan Beetani has said that Baitullah Mehsud along with his forty associates was killed in the missile attack, while Hakimullah Mehsud and Mufti Waliur Rahman died in ‘shoora’ meeting feud leading to cross firing.

Talking to Geo News, Abdullah Mehsud Group commander, Haji Turkistan Beetani said that Baitullah Mehsud accompanied by his forty stalwarts was killed in missile attack in the night between Tuesday and Wednesday. He was buried in his house.

Betani said that Mufti Waliur Rahman and commander Hakimullah Mehsud later died in a row over the selection of a new Amir succeeding Baitullah Mehsud in shoora meeting, which flared into fierce clash and cross firing.

He said that the suicide attack mastermind commander, Qari Hussain is grievously injured. Haji Turkistan said that Baitullah Mehsud and his companions worked for the destruction of the country, but the backbone of this group has broken.
