SWAT: The local people of Swat tehsil of Kabal Thursday constituted a lashkar comprising 6000 people against the terrorists.

In its first bid, lashkar killed three extremists in an attack.

The security forces presented in front of media the 3000-strong local lashkar that took action against the extremists in Sultana Bandai area of tehsil Kabal.

The local lashkar headed by Syed Badshah and Ajmer Khan, killed three terrorists; lashkar was completely buttressed by the Pak Army in its action.

On this occasion, Brig. Salman thanked the local people and paid tribute to them on their effort for peace.

He said if local people keep up their support, then the area will soon be cleared of the extremists.

Brig. Salman announced Rs50,000 for the local lashkar and gave three Kalashnikovs as a gift. LINK
