KARACHI: Sindh High Court has issued notices to district governments and 22 SHOs in a constitutional petition regarding target killing in Karachi.
Petitioner Iqbal Kazmi has adopted a stance that target killing continues in the city and defendants have failed to provide protection to the citizens.
He said the district government has also failed to seize illegal arms.
Later, the SHC bench comprising Justice Mushir Alam and Justice Muhammad Athar Saeed issued notices to the defendants after hearing the petition. LINK
