QUETTA: All judges of Balochistan High Court (BHC) took the oath under PCO after November 3 resigned on Tuesday.According to Balochistan High Court registrar, Amanullah Yaseenzai, Ahmad Khan Lashari, Akhter Zaman Malgani, Nadir Khan Durrani and Mehta Kelashnath Kohli have tendered their resignations. They all took the oath under PCO. Their resignations have been sent to president, registrar added.This is the second time in Balochistan’s history after 1977 that all judges of High Court have been resigned.LINK
