ISLAMABAD: Leader of the House in the Senate Nayyar Bukhari Tuesday said that government is sincere to re-establish the high court in the federal capital; only the modus operandi of reinstatement is to be decided.Addressing the lawyers of Islamabad Bar in front of the Parliament House, he said a separate high court is imperative for the federal capital, as it is not under the authority of any province, adding this is also the legal and constitutional right of the 1.5 million people of Islamabad.Answering a question, Bukhari said the issue of Islamabad High Court should have been left with the parliament the moment when the Parliament was given 120-day time about the ordnances.
