KARACHI: A close aide of former president General (r) Pervez Musharraf said Saudi Arabia expressed concern about the current situation in Pakistan during a meeting with Musharraf.
Talking to Geo News, former chairman Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Dr Naseem Ashraf termed the former president’s recent visit to Saudi Arabia successful, quoted Musharraf as saying that Saudi King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz was concerned about the current situation in Pakistan.
Dr. Nasim said Pervez Musharraf would visit US in the third week of September where he will deliver 15 lectures in different universities and think tanks and later will reach Pakistan. Asharaf, a close friend of Musharraf, also talked him on telephone.LINK
